THE PROBLEM OF IDENTIFYING THE MARKERS OF LINGUISTIC INSULT

Abstract. The article is devoted to identifying the markers of linguistic insult. When imposing administrative sanctions for insult, i.e. humiliation of other person’s honour and dignity, the basic problem is the absence of normative notions of "insult" and "obscene form" used in juridical practice. The authors conclude on the necessity to develop a clear definition of notions associated with linguistic insult and to introduce in Russian legal procedure the legal definition for this form of verbal aggression.
