DIDACTIC POTENTIAL OF THE METHODICAL PORTFOLIO IN ASSESSING THE ACTIVITY COMPONENT OF THE METHODICAL COMPETENCE OF THE FUTURE TEACHER OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES

Abstract. The didactic potential of the methodical portfolio in vocational-methodical training of future teachers of foreign languages at the higher education institution is considered in the article. The possibilities of using student’s portfolio on the methodology of teaching a foreign language for assessing the level of the formation of the activity component of methodical competence in the context of the implementation of a competence approach are described.
