MODERN TECHNOLOGIES IN THE MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT ACTIVITY OF THE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED ENGLISH LANGUAGE LEARNERS

Abstract. The article deals with modern technologies which are an effective tool to guide project activity of the blind and visually impaired students who are learning English as a foreign language. The authors examine the adaptive possibilities of web technologies in accordance with the peculiarities of this category of learners and their capacity to carry out project activity in the study of the English language.
