THE EXPERIENCE OF TEACHING FUTURE BACHELORS OF FOREIGN REGIONAL STUDIES AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS TO THE ABSTRACTING OF THE ENGLISH SOCIAL-POLITICAL ARTICLES

Abstract. The article is devoted to the problem of formation of skills of abstracting professionally oriented texts in a foreign language among students of non-linguistic University. The experience of teaching abstracting of the English social-political articles to the future bachelors of the specialties "Foreign regional studies" and "International relations" is described. An example of identifying the main idea of the text when abstracting articles in English is given.
