THE POTENTIAL OF THE COURSE "FOREIGN LANGUAGE" FOR SOFT SKILLS FORMING IN ENGINEERING EDUCATION

Abstract. The article is devoted to the issues of engineering education that should prepare specialists for effective professional activity in the modern world. The authors examine the use of developing tasks for formation of soft skills of master degree students in a non-linguistic higher education establishment. The paper summarizes the practical experience of teaching the discipline "Foreign language" by means of the authors’ textbook "Universal English".
