THE GENRE OF "BATTLE" ELEGY IN THE LYRICAL POETRY OF K. R.

Zhaplova Tat'yana Mikhailovna, Tolkachev Dmitrii Vyacheslavovich
Orenburg State University

Abstract. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of transformation of the elegiac genre in the lyrical poetry of Konstantin Romanov (poet K. R.) into the military-historical ("battle") elegy which is a part of the cycle "Soldier Sonnets". Using the historical and typological method, the authors consider as a literary background some poems of the Russian poets of the XVIII-XIX centuries (V. K. Trediakovsky, K. N. Batyushkov, A. S. Pushkin) and, by their example, explain the specificity of the plot-thematic organization of the "battle" elegy of K. R. The conclusions show the refraction in the "battle" elegy of K. R. of the genre signs of the message, elegy, meditative and philosophical poems that determine the content of mostly romantic and realistic works of the poet devoted to the theme of war.
