ELECTRONIC TRAINING MATERIALS AS A TOOL OF TEACHING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN A NONLINGUISTIC INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract. The article examines the possibilities of using information and communication technologies in education, namely the effectiveness of using electronic training materials in teaching a foreign language in a non-linguistic institution of higher education. The structure of the electronic textbook developed by the authors of the article as well as the merits and drawbacks of its application in the classroom and in students’ independent work are analyzed.
