ON THE QUESTION OF LANGUAGE POLICY IN THE SPHERE OF TEACHING RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE AT THE NON-LINGUISTIC UNIVERSITY

Abstract. The article presents a brief general theoretical review of the approaches, existing in the theory and practice of teaching Russian as a foreign language, to the study of the language of the specialty: the history of the issue and the current language situation. The decisive role of professional discourse in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language to bachelor’s degree students majoring the direction "Management" is emphasized. Attention is focused on the necessity of forming the discursive competence of foreign students.
