INFORMATIONAL POTENTIAL OF THE DICTIONARY OF D. V. VENEVITINOV’S RHYMES

Abstract. The article examines an informational potential of the dictionary of D. V. Venevitinov’s rhymes, which is a component of the comprehensive dictionary of the poetical language being compiled by the linguists of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University. The originality of the study involves the systematic description of the poet’s rhymes. A comparative analysis of most frequent meaningful lexemes and lexemes most frequently used in rhyme position allows identifying the most significant lexemes in D. V. Venevitinov’s poetical texts.
