VARIANCE OF SOMATIC PHRASEOLOGICAL UNITS IN THE ADYGHE LANGUAGE

Abstract. The article examines the variance of somatic phraseological units in the modern Adyghe language. The study is based on the linguistic material obtained from Yu. A. Tkharkakho’s "Phraseological Dictionary of the Adyghe Language" (in the Adyghe language). The researcher analyses the semantic peculiarities of somatic phraseological units, which form an essential component of the Adyghe phraseological corpus. The choice of somatic phraseological units is conditioned by the fact that they are a valuable, highly productive but poorly investigated component of the Adyghe phraseological corpus.
