Work with Pragmatonyms at the Lessons of Russian as a Foreign Language as a Basis to Form Students’ Linguo-Cross-Cultural Competence (by the Material of the Lexico-Semantic Group "Confectionery")

Abstract. The article considers the problem of introducing culturally specific words designating confectionery products to learners of Russian as a foreign language. The author examines the educational potential of these lexical units and suggests a set of educational games and lexico-grammatical exercises, which help foreign students to achieve full and adequate understanding of the Russian cultural phenomena. The methodological potential of using pragmatonyms in teaching Russian as a foreign language is revealed. Importance of studying these lexical units in the course of Russian as a foreign language is emphasized.
