Abstract. The article is devoted to the problems of international legal collaboration between Russia and Transcaucasia countries on the plurilateral basis within of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The factors having influenced the process of collaboration development between Russia and Transcaucasia countries within of the CIS are researched. The gaps in the legal regulation of this collaboration and their reasons are found.
