NOOSPHERE: MATERIALIZATION OF IDEA AS KEY FACTOR OF MODERN PROGRESS

Abstract. The author considers the development of noosphere from its conception to material embodiment, shows the significant role of the progress in the sphere of information technologies in this process, and comes to the conclusion that the modern acceleration of noosphere development, its materialization, which occurred during the life of one generation, fundamentally change the paradigm of social development, which results in the change, diversification and multi-dimensional models of development.
