POLITICAL TANDEM "PUTIN - MEDVEDEV" AS IT IS VIEWED BY POLITOLOGICAL COMMUNITY

Abstract. The article examines how the Russian politological community evaluates the political tandem "Putin - Medvedev". In spite of different assessments of the efficiency of the tandem, the issues concerning the legitimacy of this construction do not arise, and the political tandem, from the author’s viewpoint, can secure the development of political process in modern Russia.
