HUMANITIES TYPE OF INTERDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH IN LEGAL SCIENCE

Abstract. The article is devoted to the analysis of modern approaches towards the typology of interdisciplinary research in jurisprudence. Special attention is paid to the humanities type of interdisciplinary research in law. The main features of this type specificity, arguments for its singling out and the tendencies of its fixation in typological scheme, which is at the formation stage, are noted. The analysis of recent foreign and national researches on the topical theoretical problem is carried out.
