PLACE OF ACADEMIC DISCIPLINE "NOTARIAL SYSTEM" IN THE RUSSIAN HIGHER EDUCATION SYSTEM AT THE PRESENT STAGE

Abstract. In the article the authors consider tendencies, which are being formed in the system of higher professional juridical education of Russia concerning the discipline "Notarial System" teaching, in particular, they analyze the experience of the educational institutions of Mordovia. The necessity to transfer the academic course from the variable part of curricula to the compulsory one is revealed and grounded. For the activization of scientific research in this sphere it is suggested supplementing the list of scientific specialities with "Notarial Law and Notarial Process".
