MODERNIZATION OF EDUCATION AS A FACTOR OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF SCHOOLS OF IRKUTSK REGION IN THE POST-SOVIET PERIOD (THE 1990-2000S)

Abstract. The article is devoted to the issues of introducing innovations into the educational organizations of Irkutsk region in the period of education modernization. The paper sets a task to summarize, systematize the experience of the innovative development of the regional educational system. It is shown that in the region under the difficult economic situation there was a transition to the variation system of teaching through specialized, differentiated, pre-professional education. On the basis of the data analysis the conclusion was made about the presence of the positive practical effect of the innovative development of schools and the necessity of its further support in the territory of the region.
