TACTICS OF LAW-ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS WHILE INSPECTING PREMISES WITH ESTIMATED FIRE CONTACT

Abstract. The article analyzes a possible variant of the tactics of law-enforcement officers while inspecting premises with estimated fire contact. The author examines the legal foundations and order of using firearms by law-enforcement officers under such conditions. On the basis of the conducted investigation the researcher introduces guidelines for law-enforcement officers’ professional and physical training, during which they study and exercise the considered tactics.
