LABOR MOTIVATION OF UNEMPLOYED DISABLED CITIZENS

Abstract. In this article the author considers labor motivation as a system category of social philosophy. The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that labor activity is a necessary condition for the functioning of any society, which is determined by the attitude of the individual to work. The paper defines the employment of disabled people. Social-psychological aspects of labor motivation of unemployed citizens with disabilities are revealed.
