MUSICAL EDUCATION IN RUSSIA AND ABROAD: ON THE PROBLEM OF ETHNO-PEDAGOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF MUSICAL EDUCATION

Abstract. The article provides a comparative analysis of methods and techniques of musical pedagogics in Russia and in Europe, Asia, America. The author examines person-oriented and value approaches to teaching music, analyzes and compares the methods and new, integrative systems of teaching. The analysis is conducted at the musical-pedagogical, culturological, methodological and social levels. The paper identifies prognostic pedagogical tendencies, orientations and dispositions observable in the musical education process.
