IMPORTANCE OF AGE PECULIARITIES IN SCHOOL COLLECTIVE FORMATION

Abstract. The topicality of the study is conditioned by the serious problems of the development and upbringing of the younger generation in the conditions of the comprehensive school. This fact outlines the problematic field and emphasizes the need to improve the efficiency of upbringing work in education. The educational system of primary school children is based on the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Basic General Education, according to which primary school age is an important stage in the formation of the foundations of personal, physical, emotional and communicative development. The creation and upbringing of the school collective is one of the targets of the Standard provisions.
