PROBLEM-BASED SITUATIONS USE IN THE PROCESS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING AT LAW HIGHER EDUCATION ESTABLISHMENTS

Abstract. The article reveals the ways of using problem-based situations in language training of law students, which contributes not only to the improvement of their language training, but also to the formation of an algorithm for solving such situations in future professional activity. The authors focus on the study of the process of solving problem-based situations in the professionally oriented discourse, as well as the ways of their integration into educational process. The paper provides a set of training exercises that correspond to each stage of solving a problem-based situation.
