Procurement of Agricultural Products in the Soviet State in 1917-1931

Abstract. The research objective is as follows: to estimate the total volume of agricultural products produced in the Soviet Union in the period from 1917 to 1931. Scientific originality of the study lies in the fact that relying on archival materials, the author analyses dynamics of production of the main agricultural products in the mentioned period. The research findings are as follows: the author identifies and describes three stages of the Soviet procurement policy formation - the years of the Civil War, the period of the New Economic Policy, the years of the first five-year plan.
