Abstract. The paper aims to study new theatrical forms by applying the method of rhythmic organization analysis of a performance. The research considers the question of whether the method is possible and universal to use in cases when traditional methods become less productive. To answer this question, the rhythmic organization analysis of the site-specific play "Behind the Bar Counter with Charles Bukowski" has been carried out. The notions of theatrical form in general and site-specific form in particular have been specified in advance. The scientific originality of the research consists in applying rhythmic analysis to studying a performance with a site-specific form. As a result of the analysis, certain features of rhythmic organization have been revealed: form-determined limitation of possibility to organize all the rhythmic rows, indirect accentuation of rhythmic rows through dramatic sequence. It has been concluded that the method of rhythmic analysis can be applied to site-specific performances. Despite the fact that the method is less informative when working with this kind of form, it retains the function of archiving the work of art.
