Submitted: 13.04.2021
Abstract. The study aims to determine possibilities of using propertology as an interdisciplinary field of knowledge and a regulator for property issues in the modern Russian society. Scientific novelty of the work lies in proving that propertology use will make it possible to improve legislative framework in relation to property rights and become a basis for formation of a holistic view on property in both an individual and a social group. As a result of the study, the researcher has justified the need for development and application of propertology to solve socio-economic and political issues of Russia related to property. Moreover, this might entail both global and local aspects in developing the institution of property or property rights.
