SPEECH COMMUNICATION IN TRADE SPHERE AS INTERCULTURAL COMMUNICATION

Abstract. The author reveals the peculiarities of the communicative characteristics of professional communication participants in trade sphere, the differences between the communicative demands put forth to a seller by the specialists in trade sphere and buyers' expectations under new social-political and economic conditions, the formation of the culturally conditioned stereotypes of professional communication, the coincidence of the communicative positions of a professional and a non-professional.
