Abstract. In the article the author makes an attempt to make a level classification of the elements of the visual component of the creolized text. The texts from authentic coursebooks of the English language are given as examples. The author suggests dividing all existing elements of the visual component of the creolized text into three groups depending on the level of complexity of one element or another.
