SPECIFICITY OF METAPHORS OF THE MODERN FRENCH ECONOMIC DISCOURSE AND PROBLEM OF TEACHING THEIR TRANSLATION INTO RUSSIAN

Abstract. The article examines the problem of teaching the translation of the economy language metaphorical expressions. Having analyzed the linguistic material of the modern French economically oriented printed media the authors provided the systematization of relevant metaphors. The paper introduces the most typical models of this linguistic phenomenon, discovers the peculiarities of author’s metaphors and describes the ways to translate them into Russian considering the recipient’s background knowledge and preserving stylistic attribution and expressive-emotional influence.
