THE COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO TRAINING POLICE OFFICERS IN PERSONAL SECURITY

Abstract. In the article the need and the opportunity to improve the process of training police officers to ensure personal security on the basis of the comprehensive approach are grounded. The professional competencies that provide personal security are identified. The directions and approaches, including a system of training in various disciplines are proposed. The peculiarities of monitoring the level of formation of readiness to ensure the personal security of police officers in solving tasks of law enforcement activity are substantiated.
