FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHER’S META-COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FEDERAL UNIVERSITY EDUCATIONAL STANDARD

Abstract. The article examines methodological foundations and pedagogical conditions for developing foreign language teacher’s meta-abilities in respect of implementing federal university educational standard of higher education. The author gives a definition of the notion "meta-competence". By means of the empirical data analysis the main components of foreign language teacher’s meta-competence are identified. The structure of the meta-competence of a bachelor degree student in the field of training 44.03.01 "Pedagogical Education" is described.
