Complex Text Analysis in Culturological Perspective (with the Elements of Problem-Based Heuristic Methodology of Teaching Russian to Foreign Students)

Abstract. The article proposes techniques to organize students’ work with linguo-cultural information contained in the Russian folk tales. The linguo-cultural approach is equally relevant when teaching Russian as a foreign language to higher school students and when teaching philological disciplines to secondary school pupils. The proposed creative tasks with elements of heuristic polylogue are focused on the following issues: specificity of the story development, culturally determined evaluative characteristic of personages’ images, peculiarities of using colloquial and vernacular vocabulary, phraseological units, interjections, folk aphorisms, etc.
