Lexemes Nominating Organs of Speech in Russian and Chinese Phraseological Units

Abstract. The aim of the study is to identify the linguocultural components of the lexemes that nominate organs of speech in the Russian and Chinese linguistic worldviews. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that this article examines the lexemes "tongue", "teeth", "lips" at the cultural and semantic levels in the comparative aspect on the basis of stable combinations of the Russian and Chinese languages. The paper presents results of studying phraseological units, proverbs, sayings of the two languages; highlights common and distinctive components of the lexemes that nominate speech organs in the Russian and Chinese linguistic worldviews. In this study, cultural-specific aspects of a certain nation’s worldview represented by the language are revealed.
