INNOVATIVE MODEL TO FORM A TEACHERS SUBJECTIVE PROFESSIONAL POSITION

Abstract. The paper introduces the authors definitions of the notions "teachers subjective professional position" and "formation of teachers subjective professional position". The researcher develops and theoretically justifies a model to form a teachers subjective position in professional activity, which includes three interconnected blocks: diagnostic, operational and resultative ones. Pedagogical principles and conditions to implement the model are identified. Criteria to assess the level of a teachers subjectivity in professional activity are ascertained.
