Factors to Develop Efficient "Teacher - Student" Relations in Modern School

Abstract. The study aims to identify and analyse the factors of developing efficient "teacher - student" relations in modern school. The paper provides results of a qualitative analysis of empirical data acquired during a survey on the ways of pedagogical interaction conducted among 4th- and 10th-grade students and teachers of two Tatarstan schools. Scientific originality of the research involves determining the importance of gnostic, emotional, behavioural components of pedagogical activity for junior pupils and senior teenagers as a factor to develop efficient "teacher - student" relations in modern school. Relying on the empirical data, the authors conclude about the factors influencing development of "teacher -student" relations in modern school.
