Using Electronic Simulator in Professionally Oriented Foreign-Language Education of Future Bachelors in the Field of Training "State and Municipal Administration"

Abstract. The research objective includes theoretical justification of efficiency of using an electronic simulator while organizing students’ classroom and independent work on the disciplines "Foreign Language" and "Professional Foreign Language". The article briefly describes its basic functions, identifies its structural components and reveals the pedagogical conditions that should be observed while working with this electronic resource. Scientific originality of the study lies in the fact that the author theoretically justifies efficiency of using an e-learning tool when developing foreign-language communicative competence of future bachelors in the field of training "State and Municipal Administration". The research findings are as follows: the author presents successful experience of using an e-learning tool "electronic simulator" when teaching future bachelors in the field of training "38.03.04 State and Municipal Administration".
