Experience of Realizing the State Program of the Russian Federation "Development of Education" (by the Example of Teaching the Buryat Language in Pre-School Educational Institutions of the Republic of Buryatia)

Abstract. The paper examines the process of the Buryat language teaching in pre-school educational institutions of the Republic of Buryatia from the viewpoint of realization of the state program "Development of Education". The article describes the measures implemented in the sphere of pre-school education within the framework of the proposed federal projects. Scientific originality of the study lies in the fact that the author evaluates quality of the pre-school Buryat language education and analyses the measures implemented within the framework of the proposed federal projects. The research findings are as follows: the author shows how measures of regional bodies in the sphere of the pre-school Buryat language education correlate with the program provisions.
