Development of Initiativity in Senior Preschool Children Based on Volunteer Activity

Abstract. The aim of the research is to substantiate the need for the implementation of pedagogical conditions for the development of initiativity in senior preschool children on the basis of volunteer activity. The article reveals the notions of "initiativity of senior preschool children", "volunteer activity of children in a preschool educational organization", reveals the pedagogical potential of volunteer activity in the process of developing the initiativity of senior preschool children, reveals the methods and techniques for developing initiativity in senior preschool children on the basis of volunteer activity in a preschool educational organization. The scientific originality of the research lies in studying the theoretical foundations of the process of developing initiativity in senior preschool children in volunteer activity, determining the complex of pedagogical conditions for the development of initiativity in senior preschool children on the basis of volunteer activity. As a result, the pedagogical conditions for the development of initiativity in senior preschool children on the basis of volunteer activity are described, including a structural and functional model of the pedagogical process, the "Young Volunteers" partial program, the technology represented by the integration of various types of volunteer activity.
