Structural Components of the System for the Formation of Readiness for Professional Cross-Cultural Communication among Military University Cadets

Abstract. The aim of the study is to develop and theoretically substantiate a set of structural components of the system for the formation of readiness for professional cross-cultural communication among military university cadets. The author of the paper identifies the regulatory and target, content-related, organisational and activity and evaluative and effective components of the system for the formation of readiness for professional cross-cultural communication among military university cadets. Each component of the pedagogical system performs a certain function, while the totality of the selected components makes it possible to consider the system for the formation of readiness for professional cross-cultural communication as an integral entity. The author describes in detail the content of each component, in which the principles, methods, means and technologies used to implement the system for the formation of cadets’ readiness for professional cross-cultural communication within the educational process are highlighted and analysed. Scientific novelty of the study lies in developing the content of the pedagogical system for the formation of cadets’ readiness for professional cross-cultural communication in the framework of training at a military university. As a result, the structural components that contribute to the effective implementation of the elaborated pedagogical system for the formation of cadets’ readiness for professional cross-cultural communication in the framework of training at a military university have been identified and characterised.
