Main principles and methods of emotive and reflexive approach to teaching Russian phonetics to foreign students at the initial stage

Abstract. The purpose of the study is to formulate the key methodological provisions of teaching Russian phonetics on the basis of the emotive and reflexive approach in the context of training Russian as a foreign language at the initial stage. In the article the methods of the formation of foreign students’ phonetic competency are described. The scientific novelty consists in the actualization and substantiation of teaching principles aimed at the intensification of the process of teaching Russian phonetics to foreign students. As a result, the system of methodological principles within the paradigm of emotive and reflexive approach towards teaching Russian as a foreign language is represented. It comprises the emotive and axiological principle, the principle of reflection and anticipation of educational process, the principle of activity and adaptability of students.
