Pedagogical model for developing students’ teamwork competence in the digital educational environment of a university

Abstract. The research aims to design a pedagogical model for developing students’ teamwork competence in the digital educational environment of a university. The paper provides an overview of the existing theoretical and methodological approaches to organizing remote team interactions among students, discusses the psychological and pedagogical peculiarities of this process, and outlines the main regulatory documents governing the implementation of distance learning. The scientific novelty of the research lies in elaborating a pedagogical model for the development of teamwork competence among students in the context of distance learning, regardless of their field of study. This elaboration is based on a synthesis of psychological and pedagogical works in the field of remote team interactions and analysis of educational experience. As a result of the research, the optimal content for the target, substantive-conceptual, organizational-technological, and result-evaluative blocks of the model for developing students’ teamwork competence in the digital educational environment of a university was selected.
