Abstract. The research objectives are as follows: to identify typical features of the current architectural design style "Stream Wave"; to reveal its decorative peculiarities associated with semantics and philosophical understanding of a natural phenomenon - aquatic element; to discover peculiar features of this style conditioned by the "wavy line" aesthetics. Scientific originality of the study involves a comprehensive description of the current architectural design trends that constitute the style. The research findings are as follows: the author proves that the "Stream Wave" style is characterized by decorativeness that does not affect spatial characteristics of objects but transfers aesthetic and emotional essence of the style, making it attractive and semantically justified.
