Means to Develop Pedagogical Optimism in the Process of Future Teacher’s Training

Abstract. The article examines one of the relevant problems of higher pedagogical education: accompanying the development of the personal and creative potential of a future teacher. In this context, the author analyses the notion "pedagogical optimism" as a personally and professionally valuable quality that promotes constructive interaction with subjects of pedagogical process. The paper argues that creating situations of success is a basic way of pedagogical optimism formation when training future teachers. The potential of the case-study technology in solving this problem is revealed.
