Comprehensive Assessment of Professional and Personal Competence of Foreign Military Specialists Studying at the Russian Higher Military Aviation Schools

Abstract. The paper aims to identify structural and meaningful characteristics of professional and personal competence of foreign military specialists studying at the Russian higher military aviation schools. The author proposes his own approach to the problem of assessing professional training quality at higher military aviation schools. Scientific originality of the study lies in the fact that the researcher introduces the notion "foreign military specialists’ professional and personal competence" into pedagogy of professional education. As a result of the conducted analysis, the researcher reveals correlation of peculiar psychological and pedagogical characteristics of professional and personal competence: educational resource, intellectual and personal resource, physical fitness resource, official and educational activity resource and flight training resource.
